Overall Product Management

- Improve user experience on the website/mobile app by optimizing navigation, content and copy to result in higher conversion

- Own and manage performance marketing (digital marketing), optimize to lower customer acquisition cost by improving campaign efficiency

- Drive efficiency and productivity of sales call centre by effective lead prioritization

- Keep track of market trends, monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities

Desired background :

- Educational background - graduation/post graduation from premier institutes - IIT / IIM

- 4+ years of proven experience as a product manager or a similar role in a B2C setup

- Demonstrated record of success in owning and driving digital sales and customer acquisition

- Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology

- Go getter with creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps in product

- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Multi-channel marketing (incl. offline) experience a plus
