For a 30 member, well funded marketplace startup, we are looking for passionate Product Leaders. Role: Vice President - Product Management Reporting: Co-founder/CEO Leadership Role : Yes - Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives. - Will work directly with the CEO/Co-founders to define and execute on product and technology strategies - Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap. - Analytical Problem Solver: Monitor and Measure - Should have people management skills (Recruit Manager directly/indirectly team of 5-6 product managers, Designers, Product Analytics, Product Marketing folks) - Experience building products from concept to launch and running successfully in production. Solid mix of technical, product and business skills - Entrepreneurial drive to create products with the best user experience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment. - Very good consumer / B2C Products experience added with stellar educational pedigree too would be a must here - Create a compelling positioning / Messaging strategy Requirements -&nbsp; - Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in a B2C Product Management - Excellent Education background and Pedigree - Previous experience with Internet/e-Commerce will be preferred.
