The Role : To impact millions of lives by driving a never seen before healthcare experience in the country. As the VP Product, you will be responsible for: - Owning the product vision and the product road map & strategizing path to deliver on our ambitious mission. - Creating a culture of ownership and accountability by delivering on product milestones as defined in the OKRs and roadmap - Working closely cross functionally with the leadership team to deliver high quality products and product experience to our subscribers - Delivering core Clinikk products for doctors and caregivers adhering to international medical standards and NDHM guidelines - Leveraging PLG principles to create product experiences which deliver value to our customers and increase their engagement with the product - Strategizing and scouting new integrations in close collaboration with the medical team to enhance customer experience and improve clinical outcomes - Recruiting and mentoring PMs and senior engineering leaders, carving their growth path and coaching them to excel in it - Introducing best product management and engineering practices in the organization - Conducting frequent data-led experiments to validate hypotheses How we envision our VP of Product: We are a team of relentless doers, and we aspire to work with someone who can push our boundaries.
