Vice President - Product Management - BFS

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

- Own the P&L of the entire business vertical.

- Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set

- Expand and manage the current team.

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and their unmet needs, identify pain points and be the voice of the customer for your product offering.

- Evaluate potential opportunities, help prioritize and collaborate on the product roadmap, launch new features and track user feedback to achieve a world-class customer experience.

- Work with analytics, engineering, and operations to build the solution and then engage with marketing, PR, support, and sales to track and drive customer outcomes.

- Be adept at analysis and draw insights to improve product offerings.

- Carry out competitive benchmarking across the industry to ensure a best-inclass experience for customers.
