Vice President - Product Management - AMEX & Rupay Network - Leading NBFC - The candidate should be BFSI segment. - The candidate should have experience of Project Management and Product Management Skills. - The Candidate should have experience of launching new products - The candidate should be MBA full time or Executive MBA from a good institution. - Strategize and develop product suite roadmap for the Amex and Rupay Network for SBI Card. - Conceptualize and Develop the Amex franchise for SBI Card - Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new process or integrations with Amex and Rupay - Work closely with Amex & Rupay network team to launch new Amex & Rupay products for SBI Card - Create national strategic partnerships to enhance value proposition of Amex and Rupay denominated products - Decide upon Product Positioning strategy - Responsible for P&L for all Amex and Rupay products in the portfolio - Support Acquisition Strategy including Sales planning and strategic implementation for Amex and Rupay network products - Strategize, develop and enhance relationship with senior stakeholders of Amex/Rupay to enhance product value proposition - Ensure quarterly reviews with the steering committee of Amex and Rupay followed up by action taken report - Developing and providing customized services/solution for products Amex and Rupay portfolio and ensure regulatory compliances - Managing branding and communication for the proposed products and the complete life cycle management of the products. - Recommend and deploy new strategies and direct marketing initiatives, based on customer analytics, that drive incremental customer revenue and interaction for products in his portfolio - Setting up of AMEX & Rupay payment network services ; launching of AMEX dominated products - Stakeholder management- both Internal and External - Launch of Rupay Products - Setting up and effective management of the process - Managing product PnL.
