Vice President - Product Management - Amex Network

- Strategize and develop product suite roadmap for SBI Card on Amex network. Manage the P&L at a product level.

- Amex Network Relationship Management and maximization of Incentives from Amex

- Launch Dual Issuance and tokenization on Amex network

- Responsible for Acquisition Strategy including Sales planning and strategic implementation for all Amex products

- Managing branding and communication for the proposed products and the complete life cycle management of the products.

- Strategize Multicarding Roadmap for SBI Card including best fit product to be offered basis analytics and propensity

- Drive credit card digital acquisition strategy for existing cardholders through all channels digitally

- Marketing interventions in terms of programs/offers to increase response rate for Digital Multicarding

- Perform competitive benchmarking and define industry best end to end user experience (from product discovery to fulfillment), UI journey's, product content & digital assets for all digital channels (Website, Mobile App, Chatbot & What's app) with specific focus on creating frictionless & intuitive customer journeys.

- Define product segmentation & card offer strategy to drive volume under Digital Multicarding for existing customers

Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Maximization of incentive payout from Amex network

- Number of New Accounts sourced on Amex network

- Number of New Products launches or enhancements of existing product propositions

- Successful launch of Dual Issuance on Amex Network

- Number of new accounts created through Digital Multicarding

Skills Sets Required 12+ years progressive experience in product management in financial service industry

- Proven ability to interact at CXO level and manage big partnerships

- Excellent execution and analytical skills

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Ability to build cross functional relationships to create synergies

- Proven experience in launching of new products delivering effective, creative and innovative products

- Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure Relevant Experience in a field(Please specify field and years) Graduate in any discipline with a MBA from a reputed institute
