Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the product management, marketing, and sales teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement distribution and channel strategies to expand product reach and market penetration.
- Drive the development of product marketing campaigns and programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Utilize market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track product growth and success metrics.
- Mentor and lead a cross-functional team to drive product growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of product-market fit.
- Experience in developing and implementing distribution and channel strategies.
- Demonstrated success in working on product roles earlier in their career.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
