Vice President - Product Development - SaaS - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- Strategies & think about the future technologies for internal Products.

- Lead and manage the engineering/development department.

- Manage the software development cycle on multiple products.

- Work with product management to come up with delightful experiences for customers.

- Manage architectural roadmap and be responsible for applications and services being delivered.

- Manage product documentation, third-party integrations.

- Deliver Real-time metrics and monitoring dashboards.

- Handle/Solve development problems yourself and with your team.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's/Master's in computer science from Premier Institute.

- 20+ years software development experience & strong design skills.

- Strong programming skills in latest technologies & languages such as Front-end technologies, C, C++, Core Java, Python, cloud, Artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

- 15+ years of people management experience in software development capacity.

- 5 -10 years of experience in managing and launching SaaS Products.

- Must have experience on successfully implemented development KPI metric focused - on time and quality.

- Must have successfully launched and created SaaS product offering preferable in content management vertical.

- Strong computer science fundamentals. Strong writing skills and verbal communication

- Experience developing high-quality products/applications at Global standards.

- Strong cloud development experience.
