Position - Assistant Vice President - Product Development (Digital Business of Education Industry)  Job Location - Delhi NCR  Exp - 12 + 18 yrs  Education - MBA from Tier 1 College  Job Responsibilities :   - This position holder will be responsible for New Product Development in Education Industry, Product Go to market strategy, Pricing & Profitability, Student Acquisitions, Product Operations.  - Cross functional focus of partnering with operations, technology, marketing and business development teams to deliver the business revenue and profitability goals  - Product Strategy and Direction, Roadmap Planning: Continually assess the needs, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy for Digital offerings. Define the product road map and drive the product development in an analytical and structured way  - Pricing Strategy: Set pricing strategy and ensure execution. Establish goals and report on performance in periodic business reviews. Identify and analyze new business opportunities. Develop and maintain key business metrics.   - Product Roll-out: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features and offerings. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with the Business Development team to drive adoption  - Product Development: Drive product innovation to improve self-service capabilities for sellers to achieve and grow online sales success.  - Customer Experience - The candidate would be responsible to own the charter for student and parent experience and translate the same academic discipline and teaching pedagogy to virtual world, ensuring student success and repeat cohorts.  - Own the business metrics and drive the metrics across the digital organization   Desired Profile-  - 8-12 Years of exp on Product Management on a technical product  - B-Tech/BE + MBA from Tier 1 college   - Experience working with cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or technology services in e-commerce, Digital, internet products or related fields.   - Experience defining a market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.   - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of the product.   - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.   - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.   Prior product revenue management experience a plus
