Salary : Market Comp + ESOPs

Location : Mumbai

Any Graduate, MBA preferred.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Manage our overall Design (and Free lance Designers) across categories (Apparel, Wallets,Mobile Cases etc.)

- Responsible for Planning / Budgeting and Executing the Product Line each Season

- Liaising with Category Managers to optimize Design + Manufacturing Fit

- Co-ordinate with Li-censors for the required Design Approval Process

- Very Creative - Needs to have a great understanding and Interest in Character Merchandising, Superheroes and Comics

- Prefer Industrial Designers who can think beyond the ordinary merchandising options - Need someone that can idea new categories to license

- Ideal Candidate will either be a creative genius (reflected in some creative work done in the past) or have experience as a Product Designer with a Private Label / Brand / Start-up

Qualifications & Experience :

Work Time : 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
