Location Pune

Independent Price Verification (IPV). Valuation adjustments.

- Responsibility is to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of the Firm's P&L, Balance Sheet along with detailed Analysis. Governance: Implement controls to detect unauthorized trading or unusual activity

- Excellent Comm Skills Understanding of valuation control in product control Should be be able to explain his role IPV experience is must (Independent price verification)

- Valuation adjustment experience governance experience - implement control, detect unauthorized trading

- Reporting and escalation of IPV and valuation issues From Investment Banks Only Pan India Open - has to relocate to Pune immediately Preferred CA/CPA/CFA Python or any programming language

Roles in Product Control Analytics are business facing, technical and detail oriented.

We are looking for candidates with following background / experiences:

- 10 to 15 years of proven Investment Banking experience, preferably in Finance or Product control functions

- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering is essential. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, FRM, CQF, Data Science course, Six Sigma, etc. would be an advantage

- Proven understanding of capital market products including simple and complex financial derivatives, including their valuation, risk drivers, and the accounting principles underpinning them

- Proficiency in MS Office is expected. Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, R, Qlik etc. would be a plus
