Vice President - Product Control - Investment Banking

Business Finance and Control (BFC) sits within the CFO Org and is aligned to support the business. CPM BFC includes all counterparty related valuation adjustments (CVA, FVA, Risk optimization etc collective acronym - XVAs) teams and Collateral PnL (CT&O) team. CPM BFC teams are responsible for assisting in Analysis & reporting of XVAs & Collateral PnL and ensuring integrity, completeness and accuracy of PnL data. Teams work closely with CPM desks and support them by providing underlying Vs hedge PnL analysis & explain taking into account any collateral. Functions include daily analysis of market moves and their impact on PnL, input data analysis and control, sending PnL & control reports to desks on T+1 & T+2 basis, feeding PnL into Ledger and work on ad-hoc desk requests emanating from BAU.

- Understanding of Financial Markets, products, and associated risk.

- Knowledge of accounting & pricing vanilla derivative products and their risk drivers like Futures, Options, Indexes, CDS, FRAs, SWAPs, SWAPTIONs, CAPs/FLOORs.

- Understanding of Greeks, their impact on PnL.

- Analytical mindset

- Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal), the candidate must clearly demonstrate the ability to logically present a given argument in written form as well as being able to articulate a given opinion concisely

Desired skills:

- Strong Technical Skills including Excel/VBA programming

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
