VP Product control role with leading IB firm  Exp: 10-14yrs  CTC: Negotiable  Location: Mumbai  - This is a VP role and it involves supervising and managing Powai EMEA Credit business with the team size of 14.  - Would be expected to become a key contact for a broad range of stakeholders from across the firm. Through this you will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of the businesses, products and technology systems. You will be leading the PC interaction for the business for any onshore queries or questions.   - Interact Pro actively with the business ensuring we meet all agreed key reporting indicators and service level agreements.   - Ensure daily P & L is accurately reported to the FO & reconciled between P & L tools & management reporting tools.   - Applicable reconciliations have been completed and all issues identified/resolved. finance managers very of the tasks allocated to the team. Office systems, especially regarding trades and proposed new workflows.   - Ensure applicable accounting standards are adhered to regarding P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.   - Independently handle various audit requirement of regulatory audit, internal audit, statutory audit & other compliance reviews along with working towards the closure of audit findings.   - Liaising with other internal and external areas of finance to ensure timely resolution of queries and timely completion of Project assigned. implementation reviews. Strong understanding of the work flow of trading desk supported and products traded.
