We have an opportunity with our client in Pune for VP-PC role.  Job Title- VP  You will be responsible for the following activities:  - Direct management of one or more asset classes across Rates/ Credit/ Equity Derivatives - P & L Production, and wider a team of approx. 30-40 People.  - Responsible for the training and career development of the team  - Review of P&L production processes including:  - FOBO Review  - P&L Analysis  - P&L Reporting  - P&L Commentary  - Month End Cut Off Controls  - SOX Testing  - Liaison with the Business Control, Reporting and Change group  - Face off to senior PC management on daily P&L issues  - Take ownership of issues that arise from the day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner  - Reviewing and implementing process improvements over the wider group.  Requirements:  - Approximately 10 -15 years post qualification.
