What you will do:

- Devise the product vision and strategy: define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact by driving up customer satisfaction and efficiency

- Conceptualize new solutions: product conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach.

- Build products: collaborate with ops, engineering, design and other product teams to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features which create timely impact

- Launch products: draft and execute a go-to-market plan. be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

- Daily activities: Aggregating customer feedback and gathering insights from data and customer interactions, influencing and defining the product vision & strategy, creating requirements, working with engineers & designers to deliver an effective product, ensuring adoption, measuring and tracking progress of outcomes through data and insights.

You should apply if you:

- Have 5-12 years' experience working on building products in a tech domain

- Have a proven track record of shipping world-class product solutions in fast paced rapid growth environments

- Are a self-starter with deep understanding of accounting concepts and are comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex solutions end-to-end

- Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans

- Possess excellent negotiation/influencing skills and verbal and written communications skills are extremely analytical and data drive
