Looking for a VP Product - Commercial Vehicles for a NBFC based in Mumbai.
- Product Head for Commercial Vehicle partnering with various manufacturers, On-boarding of new OEMs for funding their various lines of commercial vehicle products i.e. HCV/LCV.
- Identifying and establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with suitable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for achieving profitability and increased sales growth, planning and monitoring the P&L, budgeting and revenue forecasting for the commercial vehicle business vertical.
- Developing new Products & policies with a clear identification & mitigation of related business risks.
- OEM Relationship Management, Joint promotion activities and event participation with OEMs. IRR and Promotion schemes to run with OEMs, Coordination between sales and OEMs.
- Identifying channels for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference. Campaigns towards business acquisition/ incremental wallet share and market penetration.
- Designing and implementation of SMART and performance based incentive structures for motivating the front line sales, collections team & channel partners.
- Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for marketing strategies for policy and product improvisation for commercial vehicles business
