Vice President - Product Architect - IT Firm

Must have experience in product development and architecture.

Responsibilities :

- Mentor and upskill engineers in the team

- Define the strategy and vision for the product(s)

- Effectively communicate with the client and stakeholders

- Lead and guide other architects in the team

- Champion engineering best practices within and outside of the immediate team

Minimum qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech

- 15+ years of experience in designing and building products and architecting scalable platforms - MUST have significant experience with building and delivering enterprise products and platforms

- Hands on development expertise, including coding, code review and performance optimization

- Strong experience with data modelling and database optimization

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience with .Net platform is a big plus

- Experience in building workflow platforms (not mandatory but a plus)
