Urgent opening for a senior level assignment with one of the reputed client's of ACH Management Pvt Limited based at Mumbai.   - Currently we are looking out for a candidate who have good domain experience from Banking or KPO BPO industry.  - Candidate having 15-20 years of professional experience in Banking, Operations and Change Management is must.  - Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM.  - He/she Should have an experience, covering a wide canvas of critical roles, including in areas such as Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Innovation and Climate Change, Project Management, Process Management apart from business & functional experience  - Accountable for design, delivery and enabling the Change Management strategy for the Bank; Ensure that change management proposition is aligned to the overall strategy of the Bank  - Set up processes and create a culture for external Benchmarking to effectively improve processes and organization performance; Set up Systems and Processes for Managing Knowledge/ Innovation  - Work closely with the top a management to co-develop solutions to meet their current and future business needs.
