VP Process Improvement

We are looking candidates for VP role for Process improvement, Process Excellence and process Enhancement for Delhi Ecommerce company. Post Graduation from Professional Institutes or Top Tier B Schools - Full Time Classroom program pass outs only.

- Drive and own NP Operational Performance Improvement

- Identification, definition & implementation of Process Improvements by APPs on the network

- Translate improvements identified or required into SOPs / Guidance Notes

- Identify Gaps in Specs / Process of interaction between APPs on network and eliminate or minimise these gaps through Spec enhancement or drive process changes at APP end

- Pre-emptively identify areas of inter NP disputes or challenges in NP operations that may require attention and pursue possible resolutions

- Definition & implementation of Process of Ongoing Operations team working.
