Our client is looking to staff a key role in Six-Sigma Innovation & Process Excellence for their Insurance Vertical. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Head Quality function for the vertical which includes process and operational excellence, Six Sigma, lean, and transformational initiatives across locations. - Strategize and build a strong quality function and create a road map for the same. - Develop a repository system of the processes/workflow within the organization. - Digitize and not automate the current processes. - Challenges the current way of working and improves upon the same resulting in less manual activity, reduction in time to do the same activity - Expansion role hence IC - Someone coming from Life Insurance+ having exposure to Bancassurance will be a great fit. - Work towards overall reduction of costs, enhance work efficiency, cutting flak, and improving the bottom line profitability of the vertical. - Extensive internal and external client engagements and to identify and mentor Black Belt and Green Belt projects within the company. Candidate Profile: - Post Graduate, with 12 plus years of experience out of which a minimum of 10 years in the area of Innovation/Quality / Process Excellence/ Six Sigma. - Excellent working knowledge in handling Life Insurance, Bancassurance, and General Insurance operations unit. - Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with an excellent track record of building and mentoring quality teams in previous stints.
