Vice President - Process Advisory - Financial Institution

We are hiring VP-Process Advisory for one of the renowned financial institution for Pune Location.

This is a senior level role and a critical component of this role is leading the team and full responsibility for the success of the Program, the identification through validation and implementation of improvement opportunities, covering: process re-engineering, organizational design, innovative solutions like RPA or Machine Learning; development and production of metrics, performance analysis etc.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- MBB

- Experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma training

- Must have Black Belt Certification

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead, coach and mentor projects covering following topics: process reengineering, process consolidation, organizational alignment and pooling of competencies, identification of opportunities for automations (e.g. RPA - Robotics Process Automations), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

2. Providing analysis of process performance and preparing summations for management, supporting the completion of diagnostic Reviews.

- Solid analytical and statistical background - skilled in Minitab or similar statistical software

- Ability to communicate effectively to and command attention from senior managers

- Ability to produce clear, concise reporting

- Excellent MS Office skills and hands-on with other project management tools

- Effective relationship management and influencing skills

- Must be a self-starter and operate well independently

- Delivery focused and process oriented

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
