Vice President - Primary Markets - Share Registry Services

Aim of the position :

- Coordination with Corporates, Merchant Bankers, Banks, Depositories and Stock Exchanges

Key Accountabilities :

- Ensure complete coordination in relation to all Primary Market transactions & compliances

- Team Management

- Marketing, Presentation and Negotiation skills for CXO Levels and new connectivity clients

- Ensure all transactions are completed as per agreed timelines with the Issuer / Merchant Banker

- Ensure Billing Inputs and other MIS reports are provided as required, including Payment Follow ups.

- Provide comments on offer documents, stationery etc.

- Provide the Issuer with Reports for filing the Listing Application, RBI filings etc.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Knowledge of Indian regulatory provisions for primary markets and other transactions

Administrative Responsibilities :

- Meeting desired housekeeping standards

- Ensuring safe keeping of documents and data

Key Success Indicators :

- Feedback from the banks and clients

- Debtors under 90 days

Capabilities Required :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle work pressure
