Job Profile For VP/President.

- End to end Equity Transactions to complete.

- Responsible for debt syndication from start to end from making pitch book and information memo. It also includes meeting promoters of corporate and bank syndication representation for funds raising.

- Equity funds raising through capital markets, Debts syndication, Refinancing, Bonds, private equity and other financial advisories to corporates.

- Underwriting and investment in bond issuance.

- Business strategy, Corporate development, Corporate finance, strategic partnership and private equity investment

Experience : 7-12 years
