Short Description for Internal Candidates:
Responsible for Premium cards Product Management and developing New Alliances / Partnerships. Further Strategize and develop product suite roadmap for the Premium Products . The role is also responsible for leading cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products .
Description for Internal Candidates:
1. Strategize, create and execute go-to-market plans for new products
2. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities
3. Partner closely with the Sale leaders to decide sourcing strategy
4. Continually assess the needs of cardholders, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and revamping product suite
5. Evaluate credit card landscape using multiple sources of information including extensive industry benchmarking engaging with various research firms
6. Create national strategic partnerships to enhance value proposition premium products
7. Lead tracking, reporting new card sales and implementing projects / liaison with partners
7. Decide upon Product Positioning, Sales, and Branding & Communication strategy in conjunction with other team
9. Lead P&L for allocated Premium products in the portfolio
10. Work in cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products and functionalities
11. Scan market on Payment Innovations in the financial services Industry and ability to anticipate impact on card industry
12. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
Must Have Qualification: MBA in every stream
Overall experience in role: 12-15 years of post qualification experience
Relevant experience with respect to the role: 6 - 8 years of experience in Premium Product Management
Preferred Industry : Credit Card Industry, BFSI , Insurance , Fintech
