VP Product - Fund & ETF

- They play a critical role as an interface between the selection teams and Group businesses worldwide.

- The product specialists work collaboratively with each market on the fund selection pipeline, helping priorities fund selection requests, guiding markets in enhancing and optimizing the local product shelves and providing subject matter expertise for these products.

- Product specialists would have an end-to-end view from supporting a country's product strategy design to implementing launches of mutual funds alongside local product managers. The product specialists would be at the cutting edge of providing subject matter expertise and driving mutual fund business expansion across various markets. The role would provide ample opportunity to grow within the team and expand knowledge and network across various business functions globally.

- Products specialists perform the role of a knowledge hub which will connect local markets with best-in-class global practices, and gain in-depth knowledge on local business dynamics/regulations critical to building out a local product shelf.

- This role offers the possibility of working in a diverse, multi-cultural team and exposure to several global markets within a growing business.

Responsibilities :

- Works with a globally diverse team and collaborate with Wealth markets to develop funds & ETFs product shelf and services.

- Lead team of Product Specialist in Bangalore, be responsible for coverage of various non-Asian markets for self and the team.

- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a high quality funds and ETF platform to Wealth markets.

- Collaborate with internal and third party product manufactures, distribution, compliance, risk and other cross function stakeholders.

- Acting as subject matter expert for funds and ETFs and providing support for the technical, strategic and operational aspects of funds and ETFs.

- First point of contact for Wealth markets, coordinating fund and ETF selection to meet their business needs, supporting product innovation as well as enhancements and rationalization of existing products and solutions.

- Manage investment product governance lifecycle including new product approvals and on- going reviews, while ensuring global standards such as Fair Value Exchange and Range Review are imbedded in investment product offering.

- Support Wealth markets' funds and ETF related efforts, including but not limited to helping markets achieve key financial and non-financial metrics, adherence to product governance, product and shelf review, implementation of product strategy and any other ad hoc request.
