Hiring for one of the investment banks in Bangalore for a Vice President level into Portfolio Analysis. Key responsibilities include: 1. Lead a team of analysts managing Composite COE with high operational standards 2. Keeping abreast with changes in GIPS standards and application thereof 3. Timely and accurate publication of GIPS presentations 4. Help manage external verification of composites 5. Providing various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed by clients 6. Involvement with regulatory or controls deliverables and supporting other ad hoc projects as needed 7. Identifying the project scope and key milestones, researching background, assessing risks, and designing test procedures 8. Prioritizing project deliverables, tracking progress, escalating risks, and holding stakeholders accountable for action items 9. Assisting in developing strategic solutions and defining PAG business requirements 10. Participating in UAT and Production testing as needed 11. Keeping a risk and control mindset Qualifications/ Experience: 1. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure) 2. Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills preferred 3. 10-15 years work experience with 5+ years of relevant experience 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate complex, at times quantitative, business requirements and business analysis to our technology counterparts 5. Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presenting 6. Action-oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindset 7. Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starter 8. Ability to work well on a globally integrated team 9. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel 10. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint
