Vice President - Planning & Project Controls/Programme Management

We currently are handling openings for the positions of Director / Head Planning & Project Controls role.

Experience :

- 20+ years of Programme Management & Project , PMO, planning, Project controlling , Costing, Budgeting, Project Control, and monitoring from Real Estate , Construction, cand consulting companies experience is must.

- Candidate should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate, Consulting , PMC and Construction sectors with professional companies and competitive environment.

KRA's :

- Will be responsible for acquire information of projects.

- Understand project specifics, Budgeting, scope and project deliverable.

- Responsible for Pre & Post construction Planning

- project status and analyze reports.

- Coordinate with various levels of Management & HOD's.

- Analyze MIS, highlight critical issues & suggest improvements.

- Monitor reasons for delay and follow timeliness in coordination with projects team.

- will handle large team
