Vice President - Parking & Traffic Management

Job Description:

A. BD & MARKETING:

- Prepare and present business proposals

- Develop new clients - architects and real estate developers

- Design promotional campaigns and PR activities.

- Explain the importance of traffic planning and parking design

- Meet and interact with client's technical team to discuss project details and execution.

- Strong focus on growing the revenue and profits.

- Maintain Client relationship

B. EXECUTION:

- Develop and build on the projects team

- Allocate and review work to meet client time lines

- Strategize on the deliverables and present alternatives

- Make detailed presentations of traffic studies, parking plans, drawings and reports.

- Prepare Traffic and Parking Assessment Study reports as required by client

- Presentation to clients on the value added Parking Solutions

- Coordinate with Operations, HR, finances and product technology department for project inputs

- Develop processes to ensure error free output

- Follow existing Indian and international quality standards

- Interact with traffic police and other authorities on behalf of the client

C. MANAGERIAL:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Age group 35- 45 years.

- Education: Civil Engineer or Architect with a PG in traffic engineering.

- Knowledge of software like Autoturn, VISSIM etc.

- Experience in town planning is an added advantage

- Knowledge of Mechanical parking systems would be an advantage

- Should be able to understanding the Architecture/MEP/ landscape layouts.
