Will entail business travel with India and overseas. Relevant experience: 1. Should have experience in FX &amp; Derivatives. 2. Investment Banking Operations 3. End-to-end processes in the Confirmations and/or securities and cash Settlements 4. Settlement of trades for products such as OTC equity. Bonds, Repo, Exchange Trade Funds, Stock loans, 5. Excellent knowledge of Trade processing and settlement 6. Understanding of Continuous Linked Statements, Exchange &amp; related Market Regulations 7. The candidate should have a history of cross operational expertise with detailed knowledge of trade processing and settlement process. 8 . Strong understanding of the end-to-end processes in the Confirmations and/or Settlements 9. Proven track record at managing diverse teams 10. Strong communication skills, fluent in English 11. Ability to run and manage large teams 12. Ability to lead from front and also act as key team player 13. Strong people management skills 14. Strong Risk and Control focus 15. A high level of focus on strategic vision 16. Strong understanding of relevant and up-to-date technical knowledge, applications and techniques.
