Role: VP Operations and Supply Chain Responsibilities - - Manage complex manufacturing&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain&nbsp;for JIT and inventory&nbsp;operations - Manage vendors supplies / first-mile pickups - Manage job work outflow and inflow of material and finished goods - Manage e-commerce logistics - Manage warehouse Requirements:&nbsp; - Min 4-7 years of experience in managing at scale warehouse abs&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain - Currently working in any digital platforms&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain/operations&nbsp;function. - Engineering is a must - Should have the ability to guide senior management as&nbsp;an&nbsp;operations&nbsp;leader and completely take control of&nbsp;operations&nbsp;function - Strong analytical and KPI based management skills - Ability to draw tech plans to enable&nbsp;operations - Strong people management (particularly blue-collared workforce)
