About Meet - Meet is a digital platform designed to make the job-market more inclusive and transparent for youth. - Meet is currently in alpha, and is being tested across tier II/III cities in Uttar Pradesh. With early incubation at Medha (a leading non-profit in the education to employment space), we are now looking to build a senior leadership team to take Meet to the next level. About the Role - The VP, Operations will be responsible for Meet's operations to expanding and supporting Meet's user base. An indicative list of responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Establish goals for Meet's operations for the next 1-3 years. - Create robust processes and systems to support Meet's operational needs, including customer support, user growth, HR, and finance. - Build and lead Meet's operations team. This team may include associates and team leaders for marketing and business development units. - Define and execute overall growth strategy together with VP, Technology Who are we looking for? - An ideal candidate for us will: - Have 4+ years of relevant work experience, for example, a mid-level manager role with an e-commerce company such as Zomato, PayTM, or a similar company, or similar experience in sales and marketing for a banking, insurance, or FMCG company&nbsp; - Be willing to be primarily Lucknow based - Be open to extensive travel across UP - Is passionate about supporting job-seekers in UP find the best-fit jobs - Have a diploma/graduate degree in any field of study Compensation This is a full-time role with a salary of Rs. 12-15 lakhs/annum. We are also open to offering equity that is vested over 3-5 years, based on commitment, profile, and performance. Why join us?
