VP - Operations & Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for rooftop companies, in alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth in the rooftop industry, and devise strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide effective leadership to the rooftop companies division, ensuring that the team is motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver high-performance results.
- Establish performance goals and objectives for the team, and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and develop key talent within the division, identifying growth opportunities and providing guidance for career advancement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rooftop companies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations, reduce costs, and
enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and taking appropriate corrective actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the
rooftop industry, serving as the main point of contact for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Understand customer needs, expectations, and concerns, and proactively address them to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market feedback and customer insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and improving the company's offerings.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources to achieve financial targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, monitoring revenue and profitability, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the rooftop companies division.
Risk Management;
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges in the rooftop industry, and develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate and manage them effectively.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and minimize legal and operational risks.
- Maintain a robust internal control environment, implementing measures to safeguard company assets, information, and intellectual property.
