VP - Operations

Job location : Mumbai

Position requirements -

- 12+ years of experience and not above 45 years old

- Should have been a part of a scalable business. E.g: some who has been a part of a business which has been from X amount to Y amount. Also who has grown with that company

- Has some international exposure or worked with East Asian markets.

- Has grown a team from X number of employees to Y

- Has been a part of a business that is more than 15-20 million dollars.

- Publishing background would be an added advantage

- Have been with an organization which is people driven and not data driven

Job responsibility :

- The role will be responsible for building operational capability for a high-end, retail business serving clients across the globe.

- He will spend time improving customer satisfaction, using technology to make processes smarter and more intelligent, managing a diverse team of exceptional individuals, and improving profitability.
