Vice President - Operations - Online Healthcare Startup

Our client is in the online healthcare space setting up an extensive and robust distribution network / systems across the country - first of its kind.

What we are looking for:

- Someone from a Tier 1 Consulting + Tier 1 FMCG Manufacturing organizations experience - ideally with operations, commercial and execution experience with a strong emphasis to details

- Exceptionally good individuals could also be considered for a COO role

Key responsibilities:

- Market analysis & mapping - which markets to enter, which localities, etc.

- Supply chain - deciding which CFA / Distributors to partner with in each city, define contracts with them, etc.

- Ability to define processes grounds up.

- Fulfillment - ability to hire, train and manage an ops team, call centre, etc
