Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:  - Responsibility for all of the hotels in the company's managed portfolio  - Leadership responsibility for various asset management assignments and active participation as a team member for all hotels in the asset management portfolio  - Both leadership and team duties on many consulting assignment  - Deep understanding of hotel operation fundamentals  - Ability to understand and analyze hotel financial statements and ability to develop reasonable and defensible forecasts of income and expenses  - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including business report writing  - Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills   - Both tactical and strategic thinking and management skills   - Highly entrepreneurial and self-directed   - Always have an eye on both profit flow-through and quality standards   Well-organized:  - Proficient with industry and business technologies and financial applications   - Advanced Excel skills and experienced in Word and Outlook   - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and manage work to meet deadlines   - Ability to respond to changing and sometimes ambiguous situations   Education/Experience:  - Minimum of 10 years- experience in hotel management, including full-service operations and at least one upper-upscale or luxury hotel  - Familiarity and comfort working with economy and budget hotel operations and marketing   - Two or more years in either a multi-unit role and a corporate role   - Extensive knowledge of hotel operations for major hotel brands  - Experience dealing directly with owners, lenders and their representatives
