Vice President - Operations - Insurance

- Ensure that given client operations are run efficiently to ensure higher profitability.

- Ensure client satisfaction on all SLA's and given parameters.

- Provide assistance to industry and BU leadership for development of strategies for business development and process improvements.

- Individual will be responsible for managing client operations for one of company's client relationship operations management portfolio.

- Experience of Insurance P&C / GI and London Market is required.

- Right candidate will need to have experience of handling large teams in an offshore Operations Management role for 4+ years and should display appropriate knowledge of the business nuances.
