Vice President - Operations - Hospitality

As an VP Operations the candidate will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in all our own hostels.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management

- At least 15 + years of industry-related experience including three years in senior management required

- Experience in managing hostels, hotel or corporate facility

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Excellent Leadership, Man Management & Decision-Making skills

- Self-Starter with high energy level and ability to handle diverse work pressure and stress
