Position : VP Operation Head

- We are looking for a senior executive who will not only lead new projects but also be willing to get her/his hands dirty and lead the teams to excellence through high quality of delivery as well as superior team management and motivation.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead the team to meet business objectives by developing talent

- Work with seniors/stakeholders to improvise existing and design new processes

- Ensure a Pristine Control Environment - All operational risks to be assessed and mitigated, and control/audit issues actively managed to resolution

- Monitor and track expenses to plan

- Effective Communication for both internal and external stakeholders providing regular; develop strong working relationship between the team and onshore business partner

- To show consistent improvement in employee satisfaction & customer survey scores

- Ensure self & team's Compliance to company- s/ group's policies & procedures

Operational Responsibilities :

- Exercise full leadership and supervisory responsibility over Operations Support department typically consisting of multiple teams

- Evaluates teams' performance and make course correction wherever and whenever needed

- Responsible for Manpower planning, resource management to balance workloads

- Recommends new work procedures with broader scope of impact; deals with variable (occasionally complex) issues with substantial potential impact .

- Identify training needs for the team, conduct training programs/contribute training material to the training department

- Responsible & accountable for adherence in the team for company/OpCos information system

- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues

- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how own area collectively integrates to contribute to achieving overall business goals

- Persuades and influences others through strong communication and diplomacy skills; negotiate with

Education level : Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Science or MBA
