Job Responsibilities :

- He/ She will be responsible for P&L

- Should be able to launch a product line with planning and development by gathering inputs from consumer insights, coordinating over consumer preference, testing & market understanding

- Focus on development of sales from ground zero

- Managing the entire spectrum of sales activities for ensuring optimum product penetration and reach

- Networking channel partners for expanding product reach across territories

- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach

- Monitoring channel sales activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets

- Responsible for demand forecasting & managing inventory pipeline, ensuring ready availability of products as per the market demand

- Designing and implementing the supply chain and distribution channel in coordination with stakeholders

- Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing consumers

- Responsible for driving business top line and bottom-line targets for the set portfolio

- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required

- Leading, mentoring and motivating teams for extracting best performance from them

Job Requirements :

- 5 - 7 years' experience in leading FMCG vertical/ product

- Strong team and Leadership management capability

- Should be a strategic thinker and a decision maker

- Strong networking skills and relationship management

- Shall possess an experience in Ecommerce

- Education : MBA

- Good Communication: Written and Verbal
