Job:
Spearheading the operation strategy and Customer experience related operations for the company. Working closely with the leadership team and become an integral part of creating a successful and smooth customer journey path.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and strategize both Teacher Operations and Customer operations
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Willing to work 6 days a week in a fast paced startup environment
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
Must Haves:
- Should have a strong knowledge and experience in spearheading both Tutor operations and Customer experience operations
- Should have 6+ experience in operations
- Must have a background with EdTech industry, preferable K12 segment
- Been a part of fast paced growing startup and lead important projects during 0-1 journey would be preferred
- Comfortable with working from office culture
- 3-4 years of experience in team handling
