Vice President- Operations

Main Job Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead the full operations of the plant ; Production, Engineering, Maintenance & Utility

- Developing of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

- Responsible to make a plan in the development of Key Skills and Competencies for the teams

- Production ; Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing.

- Monitor performance and implement improvements.

- Ensure quality of products.

- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity

Education & Experience:

- BE/ B. Tech full time with 18+ yrs of experience in a large international company.

- Battery Industry relevant production experience prefer

- Knowledge of India laws, regulations and policy

- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management

- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
