A 50:50 JV between an Indian auto-component group and a US-based company. This is a green-field project being set up at Gurgaon to manufacture state-of-the-art lighting solutions for 2-W, 4-W cars, tractors, LCV &amp; HCV OEM sectors. The incumbent heads the manufacturing operations, reporting to CEO/MD. KRAs include: - Strategic business planning, Budgetary planning &amp; Controls - Execution of the green-field project - Managing operations including Manufacturing, PPC, Toolings, Process Engg, QC, SC - Implementation &amp; sustaining modern manufacturing systems in line with IATF standards - Plant P&amp;L responsibility - Customer engagement on new product development &amp; supply schedules - Team development - All statutory compliances The incumbent needs to be : - A senior operations professional from the auto-components sector - B.Tech with min 16 years of experience - Exposure to mechanical, electronics parts production, and assembly operations - Demonstrated capability of delivering to automotive OEM customers' expectations. Salary: 36-40 lakhs per annum all inclusive
