VP of Operations Requirements: - Lead Purchase, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams - Minimize the cost of raw materials and processes to improve gross margins - Work with supply chain partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products - Set up an electronics manufacturing line to further improve operational costs. - Lead the Quality team and initiatives to meet annual and quarterly Quality KRs - Represent the Operations team in Management meetings - Conduct internal audits to ensure that the Operations team is adhering to necessary processes and standards - Past experience in setting up and running electronics manufacturing assembly lines - Past Leadership experience in electronics procurement, supply chain, Quality, or Production departments - Understanding of Quality requirements and standards used in the automotive industry - Experience with zero-based costing of electronics products - Great communication skills - Great analytical skills
