Vice President - Operations

Responsibilities

- Owns P&L for the India business.

- Strategically focuses on the overall management of India Operations. Directly manages the supplier relationship and market operations teams

- Manages and coordinates with multiple internal teams, including: sales, account management, data analytics and marketing teams to ensure all opportunities /issues/escalations/deliverables for the business are addressed.

- Identifies strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of the customer's business, software capabilities and strategy to optimize the customer's income growth.

- Coordinates with the Technical Services and Product Management organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

- 10 years+ of applicable experience in sales, operations, or similar is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High performing Sales / Operations leader who has a demonstrated record of over-achieving business targets

- Demonstrated experience in managing large Sales teams using both soft skills as well as data driven insights to direct / improve individual and business performance

- Highly proficient at managing multiple initiatives and activities, ranging from simple to complex, simultaneously.

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage and/or implement all phases of projects and tasks within the enterprise and with its customers.

- High degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the customer.

- Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.

- Financial acumen and ability to discuss financial topics with senior financial team in customer organizations.

- Team player.
