VP - Operating Role - PE fund

One of our client's a PE fund is looking for a person to work closely with portfolio companies closely to help them grow and be profitable.

This involves working with promoters both strategically and operationally across functions and advise on improvements, changes, initiatives to increase revenue, reduce cost or streamline processes for profitable business.

Require:

1. A senior professional preferably consulting background with atleast 10 yrs of exp.

2. MBA from a leading B-School

3. Experience of working with multiple functions of organization

4. Exp. of strategic or business or management consulting

5. Willing to work with early stage/small company promoters and help them grow
