Primary Responsibilities are defining and setting up the business of Content Monitoring starting with building the service offering, prospecting and client acquisition, managing client accounts and team management. - Will also include setting up the right targets for the team, evaluating the performance and reporting results to the management on the timely basis. - Assume all responsibilities for effectively leading the process, including ensuring all administrative pieces are in place (work plan, contract, budget, projections, etc.), clients report high satisfaction, all staff clearly understand accounts and assignments, and the entire team is working cohesively to promote great work as well as a positive team environment - Manage teams responsible for maintaining SLA's, daily flow, scheduling, handling queries and escalations from analysts Client/ Delivery management Content Audit / Monitoring/ Moderation : - Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality in line with Client guidelines; - Content could span across text, images and videos Q&A response management (social media, customer queries regarding products or process) Operations and Team management - Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality - Promote a positive environment for staff and identify and work with firm management to address any issues that are creating barriers to an optimal work environment for all staff - Support legal team in contract/engagement letter preparations, contract negotiations etc. - Support finance team in product pricing, pricing negotiations, budget preparations etc. - Interact with the client(s) on a regular basis to ensure exchange of relevant information, process concerns/issues and for expectations management. - Keep the RO informed of all developments and escalate issues critical to SLA, if required. - Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements. Develop and update client related reports. - Handle client issues in a timely and accurate fashion. - Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships. - Experience in interaction & negotiation with clients. Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification : - A management degree / professional degree with good academic background. - Total work experience of 10+ years, with at least 4-5 years of strong domain experience in content monitoring - Leading a web Content and/or a large operations environment, managing multi lingual, Multinational and multi shifts & Multi skilled teams. - Exhibits strong Communication, Interpersonal skill, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills - Exhibits commitment to delivery of quality work products Organizational Skills : - Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and provide direction to the team including setting prioritoes Exhibits excellent time management skills and works to meet or exceed all deadlines - Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's expectations to the team - Demonstrates ability to work independently and effectively delegate - Exhibits excellent planning and implementation skills Leadership Skills : - Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas - Takes ownership for responsibilities and for management of risk exposure - Presents well thought out recommendations to enhance the overall success of the business - Recognizes and respects the strengths of others in the organization - Can adapt and can help others adapt to a changing environment and circumstances - Exhibits a commitment to the company Interpersonal Skills : - Motivates self and others into positive actions - Demonstrates the appropriate level of tact when dealing with difficult/stressful situations - Demonstrates ability to maintain professional conduct under all circumstances
