To establish product leadership in the current and future target audiences by developing and implementing appropriate strategies
- Drive growth numbers through defining, developing and implementing new product launches
- Identify market opportunities for current and future product offerings
- Generate insights through quantitative & qualitative research on customers
- Create business case for each new product launch & prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
- Own the complete (Project Management) product development lifecycle from ideation to prototype by ensuring alignment and timely delivery by all functions (Content, Design, Engineering & Product)
- Prepares insights on the various procedures that have been tried in order to eliminate methods that are unsuccessful and foster the ones that have been successful
- Define & implement the GTM for the new product launch
- Launch the product and own its delivery till the Proof of Concept stage
- Ensure smooth transitioning of the new product from POC to full scale implementation across different functions
- Defining the process for the complete Product development life cycle to full-fledged role out in the market
- Work with the Marketing team to create campaigns for outreach to the TG for new product availability
- Ensure patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved
- Lead, mentor and develop a high potential team
