Job Description :
- Plan, organise, direct and control personal / business loan business activities and resources in order to meet retail business objectives.
- Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor personal loan/ business loan business strategy in order to gain and sustain the company's competitive edge and results.
- Implement strategies to grow net revenues and endorse cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in planning, budgeting and maintaining awareness of economic factors affecting the achievement of established organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive & establish the personal loan/ business loan business portfolio.
- Responsible for P&L, productivity, financial planning and analysis monitoring competitor's activities, ensuring compliance with the product policies and pricing, tracking costs, ensuring cost control and reduction.
- Responsible for increasing the direct business, Portfolio management & Retention
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the strategies, policies, objectives and activities of the business to ensure continuing operations.
- Responsible for increasing the market share of the business by introducing new product and improving on existing policies.
- Responsible for Business Development & Promotional activities, Profitability & Productivity, Sales & Marketing, Recruitment, Training.
- Using Analytics and IT Team to ring fencing existing customer through Innovative approach to increase direct business.
- Research and write analysis and proposals as needed to assist in determining and meeting the long and short-term objectives for financial planning and execution.
- Oversee activity reports to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and rectify any deviation.
- Preparing of detailed reports for committee and board meetings and related regulatory compliance.
- Enhance Product Development based on the market intelligence to develop cost effective and innovative tech-savvy products, towards Identifying customer needs, and initiate action and follow up plan in order to meet customer expectations.
