Location: Bangalore Shift Timing : Emea or Asia Shift Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be required to lead a team of individuals covering Settlement related functions within the wider Cash Settlements team. The successful candidate is expected to become a Subject Matter Expert in their function and provide support to the director group. Primary responsibilities include: - Escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external and internal counterparties. - Daily oversight and monitoring of team functions - Managing a team of individuals to include career progression and future development. - Investigation and resolution of Client fails - Subject Matter expert for function and product covered within the group. - Analysis of current processes and identification of process/system to increase efficiencies - Supporting applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects impacting the team,from inception; providing SME support, testing and monitoring into Production. - Client and Business Unit relationship management - Participation in industry forums where applicable
