- Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies to support the goals of the company, ensuring strategy is understood and executed throughout the team
- Build an energetic, high-performing cross-functional marketing function that provides strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to the existing members of the team
- Set goals, direction, and lead day-to-day priorities, workflow, and quality for the marketing team
- Oversee and facilitate the measurement and evaluation of marketing effectiveness, budgets, and forecasts.
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
What an ideal candidate could look like (Indicative):
- 10+ years of B2C marketing experience (preferably in a start-up environment) with a wide knowledge of the full marketing stack
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and leading a dynamic marketing organization with outstanding ability to recruit, retain, and excite our existing team and future talent
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and App installation campaigns
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Monitor- scrutinize- and improve marketing campaigns as needed.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing trends, techniques, and latest industry developments
- Strong leadership and excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
